Justin McEwen is a United States Air Force veteran and mission-driven leader advancing innovation, national security, and veteran empowerment. He blends military discipline, federal legislative experience, and emerging-tech strategy to advocate for service members and accelerate defense innovation. Justin served in both Republican and Democratic congressional offices as a prestigious Wounded Warrior Fellow, spearheading veteran and military affairs portfolios, building bipartisan coalitions, and delivering federal casework that secured life-changing outcomes for veterans and families across Southern California.

Justin’s work includes founding a congressional Veteran Advisory Council, coordinating multi-agency veteran service roundtables, and leading efforts to improve access to federal benefits and support systems. He now serves at FedTech, where he accelerates defense technology transfer and dual-use innovation to strengthen national defense readiness and deliver mission-critical solutions for the Navy and warfighter community.

He earned his MBA from the University of California, Riverside and completed his Bachelor’s at California State University, Fullerton, both with honors. Justin’s leadership is informed by a belief that military service builds lifelong responsibility to uplift community, drive innovation, and champion those who served.
