DR. ANDREA FINLAY

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Dr. Andrea Finlay is a Research Health Scientist at the Center for Innovation to Implementation at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, an affiliated researcher at the National Center on Homelessness Among Veterans, and an Associate Research Professor at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. She has spent more than a decade inside VA identifying and addressing gaps in access, engagement, and quality of health care for justice impacted veterans, including work on medications for opioid use disorder and disparities in medical, mental health, and substance use disorder care by justice status. She serves on the Veterans Justice Commission of the Council on Criminal Justice.
